had a wonderful experience thanks to Tori at the front desk at Extended Stay. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was warm, professional, and extremely helpful. The check-in process was smooth and stress-free, and all questions were answered with patience and care. Extra effort was clearly made to ensure comfort throughout the stay. The positive attitude and excellent customer service truly stood out. It’s rare to encounter someone who genuinely cares about guests and takes pride in their work. The experience was even better because of the exceptional service provided. Extended Stay is lucky to have Tori on the team!

I just want to take a moment and recognize Kori. Who has been very helpful and attentive to my stay. Kori is always happy and ready to help. With such a pleasant attitude. A hotel is a hotel. But sometimes its the service that makes it feel like home. Which is important when youre a thousand miles from your actual home. And i mean that literally.

Kori at the front desk provided outstanding service from start to finish. Professionalism, patience, and attention to detail stood out immediately. Every question was handled clearly and efficiently, creating a welcoming and stress-free experience. Communication was excellent, and the level of care shown truly made a difference. A great example of exceptional customer service and a valuable asset to the team.

Corey was amazing. The entire team was amazing. Really enjoyed my stay. Everyone was really helpful and made stay very pleasent. Corey was probably the only one that made me feel like home but everyone was super nice. This has been a wonderful experience at staying with a hotel.
