Extended Stay America Suites- Fort Lauderdale - Cypress Creek - NW 6th Way

The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the freeway. However, the hotel itself was somewhat run-down and in need of renovation. Our room was incredibly dirty and had a strong smell of smoke. I was shocked by the state of the floor; our socks ended up black from the grime. Given that this is essentially a 0-star hotel, you shouldn't expect much value. We didn't sleep well, so we decided to pack up and leave early in the morning. Additionally, there were no exterior lights on at night, making it quite unnerving to walk from the car in the dark.

My experience at the extended stay cypress creek nw 6th way has been nothing less than exceptional. The management and staff deserve their flowers . ms.natalie has been here for many years and her work ethnic and knowledge of the company really reflects the operations of the hotel. Shout out to the front desk staff. Ms. Destiny is awesome and I’m sorry I forgot her name the new young lady who works in the mornings is the best .ill recommend this hotel for location, service and accommodations.

Great stay overall! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the amenities, especially the pool. The only downside was some noise at night, but it wasn’t too bad. I’d definitely stay here again. Natalie the manager was also a amazing help

My experience at Extended Stay was truly exceptional. The level of service consistently exceeded my expectations. Whenever I needed extra towels, additional blankets, or assistance with extending my stay, everything was handled promptly and professionally. Tonya was outstanding in every way. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine care made a significant difference throughout my stay. She truly went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I would also like to commend the General Manager for maintaining such a clean, well-organized, and well-kept property. It is clear that great leadership plays a major role in the positive experience provided here. If it were possible, I would gladly give more than five stars this team truly deserves a ten-star rating
