Extended Stay America Suites- Fairfield - Napa Valley

Great staff. Great Location. The room needed a different refrigerator and two electric outlets needed replacing but it was taken care of within 24 hours. My favorite part was No Deposits, No Credit Checks, and No Application Fees. Also No nosey landlords or selective pictures that show a unit brand new only to show up and see a wreak. With a few of my personal items this is a comfortable place to stay while I look for my "Forever Home"

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I booked my room mostly for the price, but the staff was definitely an upgrade. Everyone I encountered at the front desk was extremely helpful, courteous, and informative. ||The room was large and very clean! One of the best parts was the kitchen with the full refrigerator! I cooked most of my meals here and saved a great deal of money. Given all of the positive aspects of this hotel and it's staff, I would book here once again!!!

Absolutely love this place! The property is well taken care of and gated so you can feel safe when you park your car. Management has been wonderful! The GM has been a blessing to me and my family! Thank you

I put my niece here after having to vacate her home with 2 younger children. Her and her fiancés ID were stolen the week prior. This place wouldn’t allow them to stay without an ID although I booked the room. Upon arrival guest were smoking weed and drinking at the entrance to the lobby. Immediately when checking in the front desk lady, assuming Yesenia, stereotyped me as if I was getting a room for minors to party. The entire greeting she was talking as if, I’m black, so I’m going to pay for a room so that other people can damage it. They had to leave the next day. I booked them into Hilton Homewood Suites! No problem there at all! My response to hotel management: Your not taking this serious. You have trained that front desk lady to discriminate against black people because they are
