Extended Stay America Suites- Detroit - Rochester Hills

I stayed for two years here while looking for housing in my budget after the condo I'd been renting for five years was sold. I had a great stay. It's clean, the bed was very comfortable, there's a full sized fridge, microwave and 2-burner cooktop making meal prep a breeze. I had my own linens, towels, cookware and dishes but if you don't they'll provide them, along with housekeeping services should you want that. I cleaned myself because I like cleaning. Road noise can heard from M-59 behind the building but it never bothered me. I sleep with a sound machine so it wasn't an issue. The personal HVAC system in each room was great and they clean them once a year. There's a tv with a bunch of channels, hanging space for clothes plus cubbies for folded items, and a very spacious bathroom with

I wish we would have read some of the reviews before booking our stay here. First, when you walk into a hotel, you should be greeted with a nice and welcoming scent. Not this place. I’m sorry but the smell was terrible when we walked into the check- in area. The room was dirty. I had to clean the bed frame because it looked like something was spilled on it and dried. The floors were dirty. We were there for 2 nights and then found another extended stay for the rest of the week |All of the negative things I mentioned could be easily fixed to make a stay more enjoyable.

Staff is excellent, I am working nearby on temporary assignment, and this suite meets my needs. Hotel is a little older finish wise, but its clean and safe. Staff helped me with a better rate for part of my stay.

The managers and staff were very helpful and friendly to me and my family during our stay. They kind and always look out for us. The room.was clean and comfotable.. a great stay. Thank u to the staff yall rock

The staff at the Rochester Hills extended stay are absolutely phenomenal, they always greet you with a friendly smile and hello. Richard as always very accommodating with any of your needs. He always goes above and beyond to make sure your stay as pleasant as possible.
