Extended Stay America Suites- Baltimore - Timonium

I co.e to this facility a few times a year. I check in late and leave early. I checked out on 2/13/26 @ 630am. Noone was at the front desk. Someone was sitting in the lobby said they were collecting towels. I had to leave to get to work on time so I put the room key in the cardholder they provide and through it on top of the keyboard behind the safety glass. Later I looked and saw my card was charged an additional $20ish dollars dlfor damage to the room. I asked the worker what damage when I checked in 2/24/26 she said the manager would have to tell me. She said they gets off at 5. I thought they would be in by 9 since they get off at 5 so I changed my schedule to go in at 10 instead of 8 to clear this up. I got to the front desk at 920 the manager was not in yet. I did leaves number hopin

Positive: Nothing Negative: Everything. The room was disgusting. No shower curtain. People threatening people. Busted screen windows. Did not have all appliances.

I soon as i went in the room, roaches jumped off the counter and try to jump on me. The girl I was with screamed and we got out of there. I went to the service desk and the lady said they didn’t have any rooms.. This was October 31 and it’s November 22, I still didn’t get my refund… I booked through booking.com and they saying extended is not giving me a refund even though I never stayed in the “roach room” and when I call extended stay they say they never charged me.. I have called both booking and extended stay over 4 times about this situation. EXTENDED STAY TIMONIUM HAS ROACHES … How do you guys stay open with roaches.. I should have looked at the reviews before I booked a room because in the reviews, they also say you guys have ROACHES..

I was pleased with the clean bed and bathroom at this hotel. The location seems a little isolated, the services are minimal. A full kitchen is advertised however once in your room you learn you have to go to the front desk for basic kitchen supplies (plates, silverware, etc) and the dinner plates are too big for the microwave. The curved shower curtain rod extends past the straight edge of the shower basin and the curtain does not touch the floor so water ran onto the floor for my whole shower, making a mess.

So far so good because of the location, room service, and convenience of making reservations at this site. The people actually have been very helpful to me and my family since our stay.
