Customer Reviews
Exceptional Service Overshadowed by Poor Cleanliness While the front office and maintenance are amazing, the cleanliness of this hotel is unacceptable. I travel frequently for work, and this is the dirtiest suite I have encountered. Upon arrival, there were footprints on the floor, hair in the towels, and even dog treats left in the cabinets. The floors were filthy; I ultimately had to purchase a Swiffer and bleach to deep-clean the room myself, even finding dog hair on my sponge while scrubbing the shower. The staff, however, is the property's saving grace. Gloria was a lifesaver, fixing a prepaid booking error to ensure I had a room for the correct week. Gabe was incredibly kind and offered to help me carry a 24-pack of water upstairs, and the older gentleman working the morning shift
Positive: The room was clean, the staff very helpful and friendly Negative: ""
I made a reservation for 7 nights and was rudely kicked out on the 5th day because our room was already rented. I say rudely because apparently they had spoken to my boyfriend but my name was on the lease not his. When my boyfriend said we had to leave I disregarded knowing damn well I payed for 7 nights. Yet, manager and employee were both at the door saying how the police were already on their way. Oh yes. I got charged late check out fees! I made my reservation through the extended stay América app and payed in full upfront. I still haven’t gotten an answer much less an apology from any of the crew. Sucks considering how most of the clerks were always so nice and helpful. Oh and I remember asking for a room change because at first I had an accessible room, I asked for one that was not c
This hotel is great, the management and staff are always very professional and happy to help. Rooms are clean, and when staying for a week or more you can cook your own food instead of eating out and save your money.. Has a laundry facility and very close to highway and things to do.
The location was clean and sufficient for minimal needs. The bed was comfortable, but small. More like a standard size than a queen. Amenities were sparse, however, you could request whatever you needed from the front desk. No housekeeping, unless you stay for 7 days or more. Courteous, but ineffectual desk help for needs beyond the usual daily tasks.
