Completely rundown and neglected property both indoors and outdoors. Dirty parking with litter everywhere and hotel entrance with garbage cans full and trash spill all around them. Interior lobby dirty stained couch for seating option, dirty stained floor carpet for the whole hotel. Hotel room was clean, but kitchen really rundown in desperate need of upgrade like the whole hotel. Room kitchen had a small rusted microwave oven as well as the small counter top stove. Kitchen cabinets are scratched and banged up, and in a way useless because the hotel does not provide any kitchen utensils nor any dinning ware. You might have a "full kitchen" but you better bring your own pots and pans to do any cooking and don't forget to bring also your own silverware with cups and glasses cause they're not

Positive: Nothing it was filthy rust and mold in the bathroom. The door did not lock rust on the refrigerator. The stove didn?t work. The dishwasher didn?t have a handle. Negative: Everything, I could not stay in this hotel. It is more for homeless transitional individuals. The room was totally unacceptable and I had to find another hotel. From rust to mold in the bathroom doors that didn?t lock.

Pan handlers everywhere around the Hotel. My sister asked Barbara for a refund because the room had 🪳 roaches!!!! She was told to come back with our mother in order to re book our room or switch the room. Guess what? When she came back down, hector was no where to be seen. He was in the back room, in his office, avoiding accountability and responsibility. Until he refunded me; which I had to beg just to speak to him about it. We stayed there a little over 300 days and we spent a little over 30 K in total before being asked to leave for not being able to pay for a day that was already paid for It is morally wrong to demand payment or call the sheriff department and ban us from using another extended stay Furthermore, it is morally wrong to do that behind my back and then smile in my face, as if that never happened. It is morally wrong to DNR someone who had nothing but pure intentions and motives every single day at that location.And then asked to leave a week later because I could not pay for 1 day after paying for 299 days. Lets Keep It Real, These extended stays have become the 'new' affordable housing, for working families that can not afford the outrageous rent in housing. I gave it a 3 Star because the Google/Booking is not current on information about this property. There is no swimming pool and breakfast is no longer served. My room was clean and don't get Me wrong I was looking for inexpensive for the couple of days I was in town, so for the price it was worth it.
