Extended Stay America Select Suites- Mobile - I-65

I have come upon some hard times and had to stay n a hotel all if 2025 and it's now 2026....I stay in another hotel until I came here in November of 2025. Since being here I wish I would have known about this place when I first needed a place!!!!. I love this place!!!! Everyone here is soooo friendly and goes out of their way to make me and my family feel at home. Especially the manager Tomika..She is the best manager I have ever seen. If there is any issue, she is on it at once!!! And she is so professional. You don't get that anymore nowadays. I must say I am impressed. Coming from the other hotel I was staying in, she is a breath if fresh air..She needs to be commended for her hard work. I will definitely stay here again and tell everyone I know to come here if they need a home outside

I don't know how to begin and how to describe this hotel. I stayed here with my colleague, because we were driving to Amazon, and it was close to the company. That's the only reason we stayed at the hotel. The first thing we learned when we arrived was that the elevator was not working. And nobody told us that at the beginning. We stayed in the hotel for five weeks and it still hasn't been fixed. That means he didn't work much before we arrived. We asked them to give us a room on the first floor because my colleague had a car accident and has a problem with his leg. They gave us a room on the fourth floor, the last one. The room was disgusting, and full of bugs, with which we fought the entire stay. Also, every day we had a problem with the door. Considering that we booked and paid through

Bathroom light kept shorting out, fighting in the hallways at 3am and some of the staff were just rude as can be! I travel a lot but wont be coming back to this hotel!! And I have stayed at other Extended Stays that were awesome but not here in mobile Alabama 😑

Arrived at the property, I was unable to check in due to no one at the front desk. I had to call the corporate number, and it still took over 30 minutes to get ahold of the front desk. After I got a hold of the front desk they tried to give me a smoking room even though I put non smoking over a month ago.

The room at first glance looked clean. Housekeeping clearly did not check the drawers because someone left their pants in one. There is hair all over like someone had a animal in the room. They didn't sweep or wipe things down. So I wiped it down so I could be comfortable. On day 3 we saw a roach...we killed it and we used a product to bait the room. Overall, the room is fine. The refrigerator had mold ...they really do not clean anything here. The linen was clean but of course I have my own. We had to go and buy pillows because none were provided. Everything here has a price tag...but we came prepared. For the price I would expect a bit more but this is temporary for us. Oh and lastly...half of the time your card does not work to get in past the lobby. I'm not understanding why that is no
