Extended Stay America Select Suites- Fayetteville - Springdale

I had a great experience at the Extended Stay America Select Suites – Fayetteville–Springdale thanks to the amazing staff. Scott, the general manager, Nicole the assistant manager, and Christopher at the front desk were all very nice, understanding, and super chill. They made the stay feel comfortable and welcoming and were always helpful when I needed anything!

Absolutely disgusting. The lobby smelled terrible and the floors were filthy. When we got to our room, there was a used towel and a Q-tip behind the door—clearly missed when they ‘cleaned.’ We dropped our bags and went out to dinner, but when we returned there were roaches everywhere—inside our food, our bags, and crawling all over the walls. We left immediately. Priceline refunded us, but we still lost all the food we had just bought at Rick’s. Horrible experience.

Booked online and whn I arrived to hotel was told they don't accept online reservation so I ended up paying for another 2 nights. Was told to call booking.com to get a refund (cool). Get up stairs and the room given was dirty. Had to get another room after already being frustrated. Called booking they said the hotel has to cancel so I went bk dwn stairs (desk closed). Waited till the afternoon to go bk dwn and I called booking again because they wanted proof tht I paid again (wasn't given a receipt) but I got one later... thnks (Nicole). The previous person still had us booked under the first room so thts why whn trying to cancel they were only willing to give me 1 night in refunds because it was if we fulfilled tht night although we didn't. Whn I asked him why was it only half he acted as

Extended Stay(5000 Luvene Avenue, Springdale, AR) has been a great place to stay during our relocation. Scott, the Manager, and his staff have been great to help us & show us how things work at the hotel. Also, they love pets as we do and that part has been a great experience. The hotel has had all the basics that we have needed such as a small kitchen space, full-size refrigerator , Dish network , Wi-Fi, And a mini laundry mat downstairs where the guests can do their own laundry that has been extremely helpful. The location for the hotel has also been key for us as most of our work is in the direct vicinity So it’s easy access. If and when we ever need to do an extended stay again in and around 5000 Leaving Ave. we will definitely stay here!

Positive: Location Negative: Usually I don?t leave a review and I don?t complain and I didn?t complain the the staff, but this stay no what I hoped it would be. The floor felt dirty, the bed wasn?t comfortable and sunk in on one side a little bit.
