Extended Stay America Select Suites- Deerfield Beach

The staff really tries their best to keep it clean and maintained. The rooms are just big enough to be comfortable and love that there is a full size frig in the kitchenette with a 2 burner stove. As with any older hotel there are the occasional issues. They try to make any issues as stress free as possible. Especially Francie and Sherjuana that really go out of their way to be friendly and helpful! The location is great being only about 3 1/2 miles from the beach convenient to points of interest and shopping nearby. The price is affordable when comparing to other hotels. Overall it's a great place to stay and I would recommend it for anyone needing a room for a week or longer.

Stay Away From this Establishment. The night manager is a extremely rude, not supposed to be in such position. What happened is after a long day on the road i made a reservation got a confirmation, arrived at the Hotel little bit pass 2 AM, the so called him self a manager told me he can't check me in because the system do kind of inventory at this time and it will take 15 min after that he will be able to check me in, they have no couch or a chair in the lobby so i waited over 30min standing up, when i asked him about an update for my reservation he said you just have to wait quietly when it is ready I'll call you. So i end up leaving. By the way the smell in the lobby was terrible, Glad I left.

Positive: There was nothing. Negative: Sheets and bedding looked slept in. No chairs / table in room, just the bed and dresser. No hair dryer. No ice machine for ice. Hall carpets filthy. Would. Rate as one star.

Guest I'm going to be guest with that being said the staff here still treats everybody with respect they are very friendly and very helpful. I was surprised and I thought it was just treatment. I was receiving on the first day, but it has continued day after day from the front counter, staff and manager to the housekeeping and maintenance people they always say hello or good morning and they are helpful when asking a question I hope this treatment continues because it will make me stay here longer. rf

My room had a horrible odor so I decided to use my air refresher and it did not help. There’s mold in the bathroom. I checked out the same day but my reservation still show as active and I paid a week stay. It had been stressful trying to get my refund. I ended up booking a stay at Marriott extended stay hotel.
