I recently stayed here, or tried to at least and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. On the positive side, Keisha at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, which was much appreciated. However, we faced numerous issues during our stay. We had to move rooms three times due to cleanliness concerns and roach infestations. In one room, there was a dead roach in the toilet and plumbing issues; another room had mold and smoke residue on the ceiling. Additionally, we were informed that the elevator hadn’t been working since October, and we were placed on the third floor, which made things even more difficult. It’s close to several stores and restaurants, and it’s cheap. That’s the highlights. Low lights include roaches, nasty bathroom and kitchen area. Everything is broke or worn out. Neighbors are rough, lots of yelling and fighting, homeless people in stairwell, shots fired in area behind hotel, elevator has been down for months apparently. Whole place smells like weed constantly. Refrigerator was crazy loud, fire suppression above stove top had been cut out with wires left hanging. Never tried to cook in kitchen as no cookware is provided, you have to purchase it separately at desk. Hot water supply is pretty weak, even at odd times. I had originally made a month long reservation, leaving after a week because I found something in the same ball park pricewise in a better area that has way bet

Room full of roaches. Noticed the NIGHT we checked in. They kept appearing on the end table in between the two double beds in the room. Also everytime i went into the bathroom at night, I would always see atleast 3 in the bathroom sink, bathtub and bathroom floor. Literally so disgusting. Had to buy my own raid and keep spraying consistently everyday for about a week. Also day 3 we realized they have to be living in this end table in between the beds so we put it in the hallways and was told by staff "we can't have it in the hall" we responded by saying "it's full of roaches we don't can't have it in the room." No attitude, no raising of voice or let alone complaining or asking for money back (which is what anyone else would've done). So because of putting it in the hall and explaining
