Extended Stay America Premier Suites- Fort Lauderdale - Convention Center - Cruise Port

My grandparents and I have been living at Extended Stay Convention Center Cruise Port for the past 10 months, and it has truly felt like a second home. The entire staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we need. They treat long-term guests with so much respect and care, which we really appreciate. A very special thank you to Crystal at the front desk. She genuinely cares about her customers and always goes above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable. She also decorates the lobby beautifully for the holidays, which makes the place feel warm and festive. It’s small touches like that that make such a big difference. Hunter C | my wife and l are long term guests at the Extended Stay the head manager, Mr. Tray Mr. Alex and Crystal have been absolutely wonderful to us. Always trying to accommodate us even the maids are friendly, great location. There are restaurants on both sides of the street also a Publix everything you could possibly need also the beach is seven minutes away. Positive: The location was nice. About two miles from the ocean and had a few stores and restaurants around it. Negative: The hotel was okay. It wasn't dirty, but it didn't feel clean either. There was a free breakfast, but it was just coffee & packaged "to go" items. No place to sit. The staff was okay. There were a few issues, but they were quickly resolved.

Staying here for three weeks has been excellent! The accommodating staff makes all the difference. The rooms feel more like an apartment than a hotel, which I love. Great storage with the closet and dresser space, clean laundry facilities, and everything you need in the kitchen area. Very happy I chose this location - perfect spot near the beach with all the shopping and amenities you could want close by. Highly recommend!

We ran into a nightmare no one ever wants to run into with Airbnb during our 2 week stay in Fort Lauderdale, Extended Stay was there to save us. This place was fantastic, very clean rooms, hallways and front entry way. There is a guest laundry area as well. Lisa our housekeeper was amazing, and Crystal, Leonardo, and Yaslin went above and beyond for us during our stay! Thank you all so much for everything!!
