Express Inn & Suites

I came into my room ready to rest when I smelled a smelly smell coming from my pillowcase. I reached in and found a little brown surprise!! I thought it was chocolate but I guess it wasnt... then this cute femboy put me to bed and it was so awesome.

The WORST HOTEL we have ever stayed in. Like others, I would never recommend and would never stay in again. I don't understand how they manipulated Hotwire or a few reviews to claim to be a 2.5 * with 90% recommendations.||Booked a "hot deal" on Hotwire where hotel name wasn't shown, but property was listed as 2.5 stars and 90% recommended. Hotwire said last booking was LaQuinta Inn. Not great, but not a dump like the Express Inn & Suites. ||Booked at $58 (paperwork at check in said $49, but with taxes and hidden fees we were charged $70...) and Hotwire assigned this 1.5 star hotel with many very bad (and accurate) reviews. Immediately called Hotwire and property and they both repeatedly falsely claimed property was accurately listed, safe, clean and all the many bad reviews were old/inacc

Nemo Kumar had excellent customer service, the snacks were amazing , very affordable rate on top of that they provided me with directions to the local restaurant

Owners are very helpful and nice , clean rooms. No bugs . Nice upper deck for beautiful sunsets and pool is always clean. Also we felt very safe during the hurricanes. Only thing I'd change is washer and dryer on 2nd floor , as the 2 sets on on the bottom floor and always in use !

Just checked in. So far so good. I’m just feeling grateful considering my personal circumstances. Don’t know her name just yet but the lady at front desk seems friendly and nice. She greeted me with a huge smile. It made me feel good. Especially when you’ve been in a dark place lately. I wish I would have known about the weekly pay , I wasted so much money at the quality inn. I pray something works in my favor to extend my stay.
