Do Not Go Here!!!!!! I can't express that enough.The owners are the cheapest people ever. The room's are scary. They have cockroaches all over. The bathroom doors don't shut. Some of them are missing the bathroom door. The lights are random and horrible. They have tables in some rooms with no chairs, and chairs in some rooms with no tables. And the location isn't within walking distance of anything. They don't offer any vending machines, just one broken soda machine. The room's are always dirty. I think they rarely vacuum, and I'm pretty sure if the sheets and pillow cases don't look extremely dirty, they don't change them. And they could care less. No refunds or discounts ever. This is the worse hotel in Provo Utah. I have no idea how they are allowed to stay in business.

My husband and I were torn as to whether this was the worst or second worst hotel we had ever stayed in! ||We were driving through Provo late at night, exhausted, and this was the first hotel we saw. As we did not know the area, we decided just to stop. The front desk staff were very pleasant. That was perhaps the only positive! ||The room was very basic. A fridge and AC were both in working order, there were very basic toiletries if you dared to step into the shower! There was no coffee, no hairdryer (although the desk did eventually provide one). The bedspreads were stained and smelly, the carpet dirty. The bathroom floor had something on it next to the toilet that was covered with ants and bugs. I did have a quick shower, but it was really gruesome in the tub. The only saving

This hotel is not a Hilton or anything. People need to know that and not have expectations that are outrageous. Having said that, the place is great! They are fixing it up. The rooms are roomy and the staff is very friendly. It is close to everything! Amazing location! One block from the temple and close to everything!

Max the property manager refused service by saying “You are Difiicult “ called police because I had a Guest in my room. Furthermore had an LAZER pointed at my door that would trigger as soon as the DOOR opened . Did not REFUND any of my CASH $$$ Deposit heald at Front Desk . I was also SHOT at by a high-Powered Automatic Wepon during my stay

Today was a sad day as I took my 17 year old son to the car dealership next door while parking in the lot of this hotel. There was a sign that I completely missed in the parking lot that said violators will be towed. So this is completely on me. Nevertheless, I was there for only 15 minutes when someone at the dealership said “Is that your car they are towing” just as it was leaving the parking lot, which was not even near capacity. Fortunately the dealer drove us to the tow yard 20 minutes away where I had to pay $310 to get it out. Very stiff penalty. Did the punishment fit the crime? You be the judge
