Executive Inn and Suites

One-night stay. First let me say I read all the reviews before staying & most of them were negative. It's obviously an old hotel that needs deep cleaning & some tlc. The room we got was clean. There was a musty odor. The pillows are worn out. However, the bed was comfy. The heater worked well. The water was hot. We could hear the train & the trucks. And NO bugs! This hotel will do in a crunch & you can bring pets. The hotel overall needs better management & updating. It's sad that there are so many bad reviews yet nothing has significantly improved!

Just booked room 109 and I have never, ever in my life smelled urine so strong. Absolutely disgusting! Literally was in our room for about 30 seconds and had enough. It wasn’t sewer or someone just used the bathroom, it was like someone lived in there and just peed on the carpet, bed, or both. Didn’t stay long enough to find out. We didn’t even try to get a refund. It’s too late to bother with it. Has got to be a MAJOR HEALTH AND SAFETY VIOLATION.

Stay here if you like getting lice and bed bugs. We knew something was not right when in the middle of the night, we were itching. Thought it was mosquito bites since we had been outside for graduation. No Not to mention the TV didn't work (& the girl who sold us the room knew it because we told her when we checked out and she was like yeah you got to plug this cord in and then...). Might have been nice to have directions in the room. Husband took a shower and the curtain was disgusting. There were 3 of us, only 2 towels, toilet seat was coming off, no wash cloths nor hand towels. Had we not gotten back so late from graduation, we would have gone to the lobby. It was already closed. Do not stay here! Dirty unsanitary conditions. We booked 4 rooms and none of our guests wanted to stay here. The staff is rude the owner is rude. They showed us a room that was clean then rented us terrible rooms like some bait and switch scam. We did not ask for our money back we were just letting them know the rooms were not needed we were treated so poorly by the night girl who hung up on us and when we talked to the owner he had no accountability
