Evergreen Motel

This is the most disgusting, wretched hotel I’ve ever been in and that’s saying a lot. Stains all over the ripped bottom portion of the bed stand, disgusting tar and smoke stains all over the sticky walls. Worst hotel by far I’ve ever been in. For $20 more dollars, I am so much more comfortable tonight. Sleep in your car or in the dirt before you stay here.

Local,clean, polite and accommodating ppl. They were very respectful and kind. The room was bigger then we thought and no one bothered us at all! They even had a working ice maker!!! The price was great only thing missing was a pool and some margaritas!! I would recommend to others!

We LOVE this place. The price is great for the one or two day staycation my husband and I do once a month or so. The owners are AMAZING!! They are husband and wife I believe and they are the nicest people/owners of a motel I've encountered in years. We are very low maintenance and don't need all the extra amenities and offers. It's clean, quiet and there are typically rooms available at a few hours notice. Their prices fluctuate between week days and weekend but that's expected. They are the type of people to remember you after you've stayed a couple times and ask how your life is. If you're interested in a clean(emphasis on clean), fair priced room in a pretty expensive area they are the ones to go to!!

Got a room for my daughter and 4 grandchildren for a few days and was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the room and the price was great too! Great customer service! Quiet, safe, and great location! A little dated as far as the furnishings and such but overall not a bad stay.

We spent 2 nights here & had no issues at all. Yes the rooms are run down and not the prettiest looking but for $50 a night who cares. The sheets, towels & bathroom were really clean. The AC worked really well, the shower pressure was fantastic and the owners really lovely. ||This is a budget motel & you get what you pay for but if you want cheap, clean, no frills accomodation this is the place to go.
