Eureka Inn Hotel

Very clean, plenty of towels, big room, smell like a hotel, nice front desk worker. The bedsheet are not very soft, but it's clean. No noise other than the AC air inside, nice and quite. The hotel name and check in entry is a little confusing. So both Eureka Inn and Osage creek lodge has the same check in entry desk, lobby. It is the same company, separating their hotel/inn part. The lobby building also share the building with a medical dispensary. So don't hesitate, when you see the drive throughout drop-off building, that's the check in building for all three Eureka inn hotel, osage creek lodge, and the medical dispensary. There's no breakfast but there's coffee service 7-10 at the lobby.

When the place doubles as a dispensary, that should be the first clue. The staff seemed pleasant, but i had little interaction with them. The room itself was dirty. You can tell the carpets and tile never get cleaned. Maybe just vacuumed or swept. We dropped a wet towel on the floor, and when it was picked up, it was brown. The people staying here were also low-end. Lessons learned. The location is good in terms of being centralized, but there is too much vehicle noise throughout the night.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great central location. Decent price. The pool and hot tub are great. Remarkably quiet considering. The breakfast was a little lacking but they did serve muffins and coffee which were good. I do think that this would be a place I would return to in the future.

Be careful this place will take your card information and rob you blind! I do not recommend trusting this business with your money or your safety at night. We stayed here just to be woke up at midnight at cops and thrown to the curb without any of our money back. Beware of these scammers

There were 6 adults in our party - four grandchildren and two grandparents. We requested 2 connecting rooms and a hideaway bed for each room. Osage Creek got everything right down to the last detail. Kids enjoyed the pool and whirlpool. The beds were super comfortable. It was a good location and a great place (reasonably priced) for us to stay in Eureka Springs.
