Eureka Casino Resort

Stayed in the hotel for two nights. The staff was very helpful, warm, friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Refrigerator was quite updated and very nice. Coffee machine is clean & the coffee in the room was very good too. Very quiet throughout the night. We ate in the casino restaurant late night and it was very good. Really enjoyed the stay!

The seafood buffet was absolutely amazing but I’m giving a 1 star for unethical practices. After tipping 10% (hoping some of that tip goes to the people picking up dirty plates cuz the ONLY thing the server did was order and bring drinks) on a $70 bill per person for the buffet (granted I’m not sure if they even file taxes since they’re a casino). We ended up paying 80+ dollars meaning they over charged by 3-4 dollars per person so just in our table of 3 they got $10 extra dollars that was not acknowledged by any of us till we did the math afterwards and realized we’ve been bamboozled.

Positive: The close and ease of getting to the major casinos. Negative: It's needing an upgrade the rooms are very dark colored,drapes are old and shabby. No ceiling lighting, so it's hard to see. This year when I stayed their pool area was closed for two weeks, but I still got charged for amenities. $30.00 No staying again!

Our room was neat and clean. Beds were fantastic. The pool area is lovely. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The only downside for some would be only coffee in the morning is offered. There is not a free breakfast but the casino is next door with a buffet. The facility is neat and well maintained. We recommend this place!

Went to Katherine's on Sat. Nov.22@ 5:30. We had reservations and were seated in the back room in a corner. Poor waiter had to reach across the table and our party to serve the person in the corner and on the side, as it was very crowded. Then a party of 8 were so loud, in the back room, we couldn't hear( our party of 5) at all. They finally left when they brought, my 81 years old sisters, birthday dessert. Our food was great, the service did the best they could, as the room was very crowded, the way the tables were arranged, and the mood was ruined due to all the noise from the table of 8. That night with tip and all our party pain close to 400.00 dollars. To me that's worth it for a nice enjoyable meal for a special occasion. But since I made the reservations, we came from Hurricane ,Uta
