Esquire RV

Fantastic customer service. I had lost a key for my rv storage doors. I had already gone to 3 other dealerships, just to be told I either had to replace the entire locks, or would have to pay for a locksmith to replace all the locks or make new keys. I tried Esquire as a last ditch effort. The employee went straight to a table in the back, and tested rv keys till she found the right one for my lock, then sold me 2 of them for a very fair price. Had me in and out in 5 minutes, work something is spent hours looking for elsewhere.

Johnny, a service manager, was awesome. We were experiencing cargo trailer running light issues. Showed up and waited for them to open, based on a Google review. They were excellent. Even though they were booked, they made time to diagnose and fix the issues. We were back up and running in about a 1/2 hour. I would definitely recommend them based on their perfect customer service. Thank you, Johnny and Tina.

Gonna list 3 stars on this important review. Here is why.... I called Esquire for a simple tool you should have in your set up. I was quoted a very high price.....I kinda laughed and then called the other RV shop in town....and was quoted half for the same tool. Here is a better understanding of why....this was my first contact with Esquire....and I took 5 extra mins to look around (was not hard) and the other shop had the same thing for 55% less. So it's hard to start a relationship this way. I'm sure anyone with common sense will read this and agree....

When I first walked into Esquire RV, I knew exactly nothing about RVs, other than how to tow them. I had recently purchased a 2000 Komfort fifth wheel trailer, and I was in need of a lot of advise! I was planning to live in the trailer while working on a nearby construction project. The staff patiently went through everything I needed to get started. Once I was set up, I realized quickly that my pipes were leaking, the roof was leaking, and the marine battery was not recharging. Basically this made my trailer uninhabitable. Had an emergency with faulty wiring and a dead battery during our road-trip (after my RV dealer made "repairs" on our camper prior to our trip). A mechanic took his time, removed the battery and fixed a couple of bad cramps. Esquire RV saved our vacation. Great experience and highly recommended!
