Era’s kept my $100. pet deposit for no reason. My unit was immaculate. There were no damages at all. I was told when it was time to collect my refundable pet deposit, that they decided to keep it, no explanation given. I was lied to. I even dumped the waste at the dog park weekly, used my own garbage bags, cleaned up other dogs mess. I guess the thousands of dollars I spent there wasn’t enough. Greedy

So tired of watching the quality of this park plummet while the management talks down the park members behind their backs, blaming them for everything when the fact is, they don't know how to run a park. They gave sensitive mail, with all my bank account information to the wrong lot, which also cost me hours of time trying to get a new copy in time for taxes. They have multiple times charged the rent to the wrong account and they just say "Oops, oh well, we refuse to fix our mistake so your bank account will just be overdrawn because we're lazy" or some like that. The showers are so filthy, I think I got dirtier using them. But hey, with the piles of broken concrete that have been there for months, you can pretend to have a mountain side view right here in sunny Florida!

We had a bad experience when we check and put a deposit of $500.00 down we where told if we cancel early that we would be charged only $ 100.00 dollars , Had to cancel early within the 30 days to went in person and talk to Tonya the manager we would get back $400.00 back we waited a month and still no refund back so we call back I she explain we won’t be getting any back because we canceled within 30 days she did not explain that to my husband and me we would like to get in touch we corporate office she could not give out that information,,

Nice newly remodeled park 2 min drive to Walmart and Wauchula

I’ve been staying here with my Motorhome for many years. This resort was hit very hard two years ago with hurricane Ian. Almost destroyed the whole park. The owners have done an amazing job in upgrading this campground. It was a pleasure to stay there. They have a lot of amenities including a new pool and Jacuzzi, a large clubhouse, community campfire pit and much more. Don’t miss this great campground.
