The staff and vibes here are awesome, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The patios are nice, there are communal chill out areas, and free parking. My only complaint was that the walls are thin, as are the doors, and we didn't sleep well because the people next to us were up all night talking. I would still go back fir the value, location, and great people.

I had the occasion to stay at the EO in downtown Orlando last week for one nite. I was on a quick trip to Orlando and wanted to find accommodation that was close to downtown and offered a "boutique" feel. The location was great, as I was able to walk to downtown places I needed to be. Front desk was very pleasant. The actual room accommodation was adequate. Unfortunately sound in the corridors could be heard in my room. The price was right, and for one nite the EO Inn was fine. Thank you EO INN.

The front desk staff were very nice and friendly and the location can't be beat for what we needed, but the room did not at all look like the boutique photos that are attached to this listing. The sink faucet was broken and flopping into the sink and much of the furniture was dinged up or broken in the room we had. The breakfast juice selection did not even have orange juice. I think it was Sunny D. Definitely not the quality I'd expect for a $220+/night room. Also, it looks like booking direct was the most expensive option.

Positive: "" Negative: Tv didnt work. No one at front desk after 8:00 pm. Bed was old. Could be a good boutique hotel if they put some money into updates.

I recently spent the night in the EO Inn in Orlando.( December26th) The carpet and bathroom floors are sticky! The bed is more of a hammock than a bed, because it sags dramatically in the middle. There was no hot water, no matter how long I let the water run. The shower had mold on the tiles. I forgot my iPad charger and cord that was left plugged into the wall By the bed. My son , who lives in Orlando called them about 5 hours after I checked out to retrieve it, but they said they couldn’t find it. The place is old. But that’s not the problem. Definitely not clean when the carpet and floors are disgustingly to walk on. I don’t think they have done any upkeep or maintenance for years! I can’t even give it one star.
