Encore Sunshine Travel

Stayed here for a baseball tournament for my son. We stayed in an elite pull through site. The site was clean and easy to get to. Felt like the spaces were a bit close for what's called an elite site, but, that's an opinion I have that too many campgrounds place sites too close together in general. All in all, we had a good stay. Other campers were friendly and respected quiet hours well and we enjoyed the pool and mini golf that was there when we had some time. The staff we interacted with were excellent and accommodating. We called to note we were arriving late and they gave us clear instructions on how to handle that. When we ended up having to stay a little longer due to the tournament, they had extremely convenient temp/overflow sites up front and allowed us to use it for a few hour

From arrival until departure they made our stay amazing. Michelle the General Manager, Brenda at the front Desk and the easy check in they made everything so easy. I loved the tiny home and it even had a washer/dryer. The pool was across from the tiny home. Everything you need is close. It was just a great vacation and we can’t wait to come back. We hated to leave!

Very nice centrally located RV park. Local staff is friendly and helpful. Location is close to shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. Close to the highway but still quiet. Easy to navigate park with large rigs. Site pads are all concrete with full hookups and picnic tables. A lot of full sized trees and well shaded. Water quality and pressure was good as well. The pool area is great, the laundry was clean and lots of machines. They also have horse shoes, shuffle board, mini golf and bocce ball.

We've been full time residents at this RV park for a few years now. The office staff needs some customer service training. Except for Nancy, she's great! The maintenance personnel are friendly and helpful. The roads and sites are horrible! I have twisted my ankle several times on the numerous potholes and uneven pavement while walking our dog. There's no need to post a speed limit, as the poor road conditions will keep you from driving over 10 mph.. I have had to rebalance my tires several times due to the balance weights being jarred off from the potholes. There's a huge dog park for dogs to run, but the guests and residents fail to clean up after their pets, leaving lots of pet waste. Watch where you walk, or you'll be washing your shoes frequently. We are full time RVers and home is Florida, so we try to come here every year. This is one of our favorite Encore Thousand Trails parks in Florida, for its location to everything, ease of getting into spots with our large RV and so many family friendly and budget friendly places to enjoy. Closer to the interstate, there is a lot of road noise, but nothing a fan or AC can’t cover! The workers are always friendly and helpful, and the park is clean. The laundry room does require a special card, but it is clean and lots of machines.
