I booked this motel because the travel site said it was "similar to Holiday Inn". I will start by saying it was nothing like Holiday Inn, aside from having a room and bed. It is certainly not what I would expect from a 2.5 star establishment. It is a budget motel, plain and simple. The sheets were worn (could see through them). The TV did not work (turned on, but no channels/signal). The shower did not go above luke warm. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and just a couple towels. There was also something splattered on the wall above the trash can, I don't want to venture a guess as to what it was. I don't recommend this place.

I will not stay at Encore motel anymore.. I had noisy, obnoxious, loud people next door and bed bugs in the beds.. The rooms were not well kept, bathroom tub had hair in it..

Room 102 has bed bugs we complained n guy said we have no bugs. Huge bugs n sheets had black spots.

This place was alright for what it is. The staff was very nice and they offered daily room service. Very large room with an extra rollaway bed, nice big screen TV, windows that open. The cons were the light fixture was hanging off the wall in the bathroom, you had to jiggle the toilet handle or it would run forever, there was litter in the corners and the towels were stained, but it was otherwise clean and safe. I expected a tad bit more because the price was a bit higher than I usually pay for comparable places but prices seem to run a bit higher in the area overall. Great location with plenty of food choices nearby.
