Very nice stay at a very nice property. Great views and services. Our room was an ed unit and the layout was different. It was very tight to the point door could not been opened completely without hitting something. Not sure about other rooms but would not recommend an end unit.
I loved the location, the property is a bit dated, but clean. The PCM (QR code) parking is super annoying to deal with and I feel like these hotels are just “nickel and dimming” their guest now days with this PCM parking company. The $3,800 for my room for 9 days wasn’t enough?
Our stay has been okay. |If you’re expecting the level of niceness as other Embassy Suits, this isn’t the place. ||Everything has been clean in the room, but the hotel is dated. Everything seems a little tired and there are areas in the room where the doors need paint from getting used. Some outlets in our room didn’t work. Only one side of the bed has an extra plug block. for your phone. Poor planning in 2026. We asked for a second one to be sent to the room. ||The eating area seems dark. The breakfast was not like other Embassy Suits. The coffee was terrible and the selection was almost Hampton Inn level. They didn’t even have bananas. ||Other people wrote about parking and the hotel having no control over the it. We book this stay all on points and because of that, they waiv
Positive: Room was spacious, clean and lots of room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Negative: Breakfast was horrible. There was ni dedicated area for pets. There was dog poop all around the property. If the hotel is going to charge for pets, there should be an area for them to keep the surrounding property clean of waste.
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. We are traveling with small children and it was very important to us that we found a hotel that served an early breakfast in the morning. This was a deciding factor on where we stayed. We called the front desk of the hotel to verify what time breakfast started and I was told that breakfast started at 6am, so we booked the room because that was a perfect time with our busy schedule the following day. Upon checking in we were told that they changed their breakfast time to 7:30 that morning. The excuse for last minute change is that the next morning was the day after New Years Day. You can’t make this up. They falsely advertised a service, they confirmed the service and terms over the phone, then changed the terms two hours after I
