Embassy Suites by Hilton Tucson East

Came here for 5 nights with my wife. We both agreed that the property is so beautiful to look at. We never been to a Embassy Suites witu a outside setup. So we were immediately happy. Check in was smooth and our requests for extra bedding and towels were met. In our room, at first sight, we loved it. However, there were issues. Our bedroom door never stayed open and we reported it on the 25th hoping it would be fixed on the 26th, but no one came. Our remote control did not fully work for the bedroom either and that was reported at that same time as the other issue and it was not ever fixed. Our balcony door did not lock as we found out. That's why they had a makeshift stick placed to hold the door close. Our bed was comforting and the shower water pressure was nice. On our 3rd day there

DO NOT STAY HERE! This hotel is a disgrace to the Embassy suites line. We've often stayed at Embassy Suites because of their nice rooms and excellent free breakfast. But this one felt just plain shoddy. I can't begin to list all the things that went wrong. Our room wasn't ready yet, but we were early, so we just took the next room they had. There were 3 of us in a 2-queen suite. We had a balcony but couldn't use it - it was directly over all of the hotel equipment such as air conditioners. I also thought that if I was a woman traveling alone I would be afraid someone could loft themselves onto our balcony from where the rooftop equipment was. We had trouble getting towels, and our room on two nights hadn't been touched by maids. The breakfast area was too small, the cook was overwhelmed an

TheEmbassy Suites delivered a standout experience overall. The spacious rooms, impressive amenities, and genuinely warm hospitality made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The breakfast service, in particular, was exceptional—easily the best I’ve encountered anywhere in the U.S.—and the staff consistently went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. However, the one area that consistently fell short was housekeeping. Over the course of a month-long stay, my room was never properly cleaned, even on days designated for thorough service. It was a noticeable gap in an otherwise well-managed property. Despite that, the overall quality and comfort of the hotel make it a place I’d gladly return to. With improved consistency in housekeeping, it would be hard to beat. rooms location

Great place to stay. My king room was spacious and on 4th floor with a desk and sitting area. Modern look and clean. There is a nice gym, hot tub and pool. Great customer service and overall in a nice area.
