Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort never disappoints! We stay here multiple times throughout the year for our little staycations, and every visit feels just as special as the first. Our recent two-night stay was absolutely wonderful — the suites are spacious and comfortable, the property is beautiful, and the atmosphere is always welcoming and relaxing. On our second night, we headed down to the Gazebo Restaurant & Grill to share a couple of entrées and drinks, and that’s when we met Gladys. She made one of the best Old Fashioneds I’ve ever had — perfectly balanced and crafted with care! Her service was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly, which made our evening even more enjoyable. Excellent accommodations and front desk staff. The deluxe breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend the omelette station and the adorable Mickey waffles. Lots of seating available. This hotel stood up to the Hilton tradition. I had an informative and productive interaction with Hilton Guest Ambassador Charis and I'm now looking forward to a vacation in the coming year.

Positive: While the hotel itself is clean and the offer a nice breakfast that's where the good ends. Negative: I picked this hotel so my family and I could have a nice hearty breakfast before going to magic kingdom only problem was breakfast didn't open until 7 and that's when the bus picks you up. So you can't do both.

But this stay at Embassy Suites Lake Buena Vista was unacceptable. We checked in and the air-conditioning in our room was not working properly. In Florida. That alone should have triggered immediate service recovery. It didn’t. During our five-night stay, our room was not cleaned a single time. Not once. I personally requested towels at least six times — both in person at the front desk and through chat messages. Each time, we were told they were busy and would get to it. They never did. The hotel itself was extremely clean, with very spacious and well-maintained guest rooms. Throughout the event, everything felt polished and thoughtfully cared for. The food was truly extraordinary. We received constant praise from our participants; many of whom could not believe the meals were catered directly by the hotel. Every meal was fresh, well presented, and consistently impressive. John David, our event manager, was outstanding. He was quick to jump in and solve last-minute changes, always proactive, and consistently checked in to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it.
