The service in this Hotel is great. The staff are very professional and friendly. Thanks Tammi For getting me in when I got here early. You’re the best. The Hotel is pretty god but the staff takes it over the top. Clean … a bit noisy.. some work is going on in the hotel sounds like. Food good many restaurants close More than worth the price to stay Second time saying here this year. .

This hotel is wonderful. I’ve booked my last two annual U.S. sales meetings here, and the experience has been outstanding each time.||It all starts with a phone call to the Senior Sales Manager, Kelly. She is incredibly kind, responsive, and easy to work with—always a pleasure to talk to.||From there, the team of Chelsea, Roselyn, Karelys, and Deedra ensures everything runs smoothly. They handle contracts, accounting, and all the details with care and efficiency. Positive: I like the breakfast! Negative: The carpet both in the hallway and the room! I think the hotel needs a updating. You can tell the carpet is old and dirty. I don't know if they steam clean it but it is dirty. We don't have problem with the bed. The linens are clean.

First, the location is great if you need to be at some combination of the convention center, Disney, and Universal. The staff were all lovely. The room was large, but the hotel is very outdated. It is fine for what it is but I’m not sure I would stay here again for the price point. The room was clean(ish) but the paint job on the bathtub was peeling badly. The walls were thin and could hear every time the person upstairs used water or the fan in the bathroom. The living room area was completely dark from facing the courtyard and had these weird plantation shutters over side windows as if you want anyone walking down the hall to see into your room. The carpet had a musty smell - if you have bad allergies this would be a big problem but not so much for me otherwise than being slightly unple

The staff at Embassy Suites was absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to help me move to a wheelchair-accessible room when needed. The manager on duty,Mr John, personally helped me carry my belongings from one room to another, which truly meant a lot to me. If this isn’t the most attentive and caring staff, I honestly don’t know where I would find better. The accessible bathroom was huge, with a bathtub and more than enough space to comfortably maneuver even a very large electric wheelchair. The breakfast was exceptional, with a made-to-order egg station and an impressive variety of options. They also offer a daily snack time between 5:00 and 6:30 PM with complimentary snacks and drinks, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for its outsta
