Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Downtown

Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with the room service experience I had during my stay. I ordered dinner and specifically requested that it be delivered to my room. After waiting approximately one hour and thirty minutes with no delivery or update, I went downstairs to inquire about my order. At that point, I was told that my food was ready. Due to the excessive delay, I requested to cancel the order. What concerned me most was the lack of professionalism in the response. The staff member simply said “okay” and did not offer an apology or any acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. This experience fell well below the level of service I expected from your hotel. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve customer service moving forwar

This was a great location for the concert venue we were going to see. They let us check in 3 hours early, parking was conveniently across the street, we received complimentary drinks for happy hour. The room was spacious, water pressure and temperature was amazing, and the room was extremely clean. When we opened the door you can smell the cleaning products. The bed was very comfortable and the tv had a Netflix app. This is definitely going to be our new hotel to stay when we come to downtown Orlando again.

Our suite at the Embassy Suites - Orlando Downtown was a standard Embassy Suites room, but most every other part of the stay was a bit elevated. The staff went out of their way to upscale the hotel. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices and the breakfast staff was friendly and helpful. We only went to the complimentary happy hour once, but it to seemed better than expected. (A couple of free drinks and snacks.) . The pool area is nicely maintained. There is convenient, reasonable-priced parking directly across the street. All told, the stay felt a bit elevated.

The service at this hotel is excellent. Every employee I encountered was friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious. Hotel is close to all kinds of restaurants, bars and clubs. The hotel is dated but well kept mostly. It appears that some updates have been done to the rooms but the room did have kind of a slight mildew smell. The wifi is not the best here.

I had an amazing time. The rooms are nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is worth the stay. I mean all you can eat breakfast style. Did I mention the free drink for the mingle they have night and it was good. I would stay here anytime. The pool area is awesome. It eas to cold for me to try out.
