Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Airport

Stayed here while I was in town for the PGA Show. I didn’t really understand why people staying at the hotel are paying for parking. It’s $25 a day. Had a steak and fries at the restaurant at the hotel, which was convenient since I had just traveled most of the day. It was okay. Neither the steak nor the fries had much seasoning. The staff did offer to remake it, but I just decided to order DoorDash. The suite I was in was really nice, and housekeeping did a great job. A little bit of a drive to the Orange County Convention Center, but it was nice being close to the airport. Would stay again, but please review your policy on parking; it kind of seems unnecessary to charge hotel guests for parking.

I was worried about staying here based on other reviews, but we had a great experience. We arrived around 1:00 on a Saturday and the hotel shuttle was quick and convenient. The front desk staff were amazing and our rooms were ready right away. We spent a few hours by the pool, which was chilly, but that didn’t stop my daughter and the hot tub was a bonus. We ordered pizza delivered since the restaurant didn’t open until 4:40. Happy hour was great and we ordered dinner from the restaurant to go. The staff in the restaurant were also great and the food was really good. Appreciated the small business center for printing and a great breakfast before check out was a perfect start to vacation. Lots of other guests there were pre and post cruise. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Positive: I loved the living room in our room. I liked the reception- free drinks. I liked the breakfast. However, there was no coffee anywhere outside of breakfast hours. I think it would be nice to still have a code available since check out is much later. Negative: Parking charge. And no heat option in room. Only AC - it let us put it to 80 but still heater would be nice.

Just here for the night. Got in late but restaurant was still open. Had a nice dinner. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Nice breakfast buffet with omelette station. Wonderful bed! Clean and comfortable.

We were there for two separate nights. December 26, the property was full and the staff managed to get our two rooms near each other. They were friendly and permitted us to leave our luggage in storage while we wandered the local area. The room was clean and quiet. They offer shuttle service to and from the airport which is about 10 minutes away. The morning breakfast was a wonderful buffet that included made to order omelets. From here we Uber'd to Disney World which was about 30 minutes away (no commute on the 27th). Following our Disney World experience, we returned to this hotel prior to flying out 1/5. We had the same wonderful service and rooms.
