Pros: Location is great! A lot of walkable places so need to drive around or use Rideshare unless there's somewhere specific you need to get to: shopping, dining, Publix all within 1/4 mile! The hotel is quite old but decently refurbished. However, I did not feel it was worth the over $400/n that we paid! Breakfast was really good, with quite a few options. Desk staff was warm and welcoming and they were able to accommodate us before 4pm. ||Now, the CONS: Compared to the one on International Dr in Orlando, the room was sparsely furnished. The bathroom is rather tight considering all of the space in the suite. I had to look for the plug station for the nightstand - it was behind it where it had fallen and housekeeping hadn't made sure everything was in place! The property is gated giving

I am a hilton honor member and I specifically booked this place because it is near the port for us to get on the cruise and it stated airport shuttle. Only to find out the shuttle is available for fee. After waiting at the airport looking for shuttle I called the hotel and they said they will pick us up for a fee. We ended up taking uber. We got one bedroom suite. The hotel looks pretty cool and look like historical building but how they renovated, it definitely the weirdest room ever. We have 3 sinks, 1 in bedroom, one in bathroom and 1 in hallway (kitchen) and the ceiling fan is off centered in the corner. I would not stay here anymore, would rather stay at other hotel which has more value. The receptionist was extremely rude when I asked for a late check out just for 30 minute but she h

Positive: Very friendly and accommodating. Love the rooms and balconies. Overall atmosphere Negative: The elevator! Too many people trying to use it in the morning that it makes it impossible, especially from top floors. Tv needs upgrade to smart tv

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! This is such a trap. Pictures are really fake. The remodel is just on the surface. People that rate this hotel with 5 stars have a very low standard. This hotel is lacking in every kind of resource. To begin with, I spent 20 minutes waiting for an employee to check me in while she was chitchatting with another employee. The service is unbelievably poor. Employees (in every position) are just sitting around looking at their phone. The room is halfway remodeled. They forgot to remodel the bathroom. The shower is so weak. The employees cooking breakfast are not wearing gloves and are super rude. The elevators didn’t work. The phone in the room didn’t work. The bathroom door was taped all over to cover a hole and painted on top. Such a disappointment. Pay attentio

To begin with I try to only do positive reviews. I love businesses that take care of their clients. This is one of the rare moments I have to post something negative. This place is super expensive which is fine if the service and facility supported the price. However, this hotel is a major disappointment. The lines for anything from check in, bar, and meals were horrendous and something as simple as more staff would have easily solved. But they seem to be minimalists here. The hotel was packed yet there were only 3 serviceable elevators out of 5. The hotel was fully booked and it could take over 15 minutes to simply get to the lobby from the upper floors. From what we learned from others, it has been this way since November. Our room was not very clean. The bathroom drain was so clogged
