Embassy Inn

Has to be very bad to get me to write a review. :( To say this place was unprofessional and rude would be an understatement. The only nice part is the kind front desk woman. We were blamed for sneaking in a dog on our last stay!!! A older fellow came out with a raised voice as I was sitting under the check-in awning. In very broken English repeated to say I am lying and snuck a dog in on our last stay… and repeated to check our car for a dog!!! No dogs just our infant!!!!! If anyone knows us they know we only have huge giant dogs and would never break a pet policy ever!!!!! I then asked to speak to the manager, huge mistake worse than the old man… he refused to let me get a word in and was beyond rude. Hospitality may not be the right field. So from one very disappointed person to a future

Sheets, bedding and towels were dirty and stained upon arrival. When we requested new towels we received more dirty linens. When we requested a refund through Booking.com, this Embassy denied any money back. Very overpriced for an unclean motel stay. The poor front desk lady has a cot in the middle of the lobby that she is sleeping on when you arrive.

Beth was helpful in setting aside a block of rooms for a family reunion. Unfortunately, as the requestor, I didn't realize I had to release rooms that were no longer wanted. So the night before the reunion, the hotel front desk staff had a problem determining their available inventory. Beth came in from her day off and straightened out the problem. Despite the miscommunication, that night the motel was sold out. All in all, my group enjoyed their stay here.

It was ok, room was clean and parts of it had been remodeled which was nice, but they stacked our clean wash clothes on top of the toilet which was gross. Also on Google it says they have free breakfast, but they do not.

This place is quiet and the staff helpful. The cooms are okay. They just need to update to towels. But other than that the place is nice for a long stay. Stayed about 8.days. it's close to takeout food. Over all not bad for the price.
