Picture a construction crew on a remote highway project , where do they stay? Although clean and conveniently located, this is the type of housing brought in to accommodate lots of individuals. We booked it online for 4 nights, arrived, looked at the room and thankfully found a room at the Rough Rider. Double the fee, but a real upgrade!

Was able to get a room when the place we had reserved was unavailable. We got a family room, which was great since there were 3 of us. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean and surprisingly quiet. Easy to get to and easy to get to the Medora Musical. I would stay here again.

When traveling with family, this was a great option, queen, full and twin bunk with leather chair sitting area with tv. We never even had time to turn on the tv though since there is so much to do in Medora! The room was clean and the bedding was very comfortable--pendelton blankets on the beds!

I was having such an awful time on a roadtrip due to personal issues and was having a minor breakdown (house flooded while on vacation) so we had to rush back home to Oregon the next morning. On top of that when I checked in, I realized I booked my dates wrong. The front staff were so genuinely kind and professional. They were able to find me a room. Unfortunately, I didn't get to enjoy the full experience since we only had the room to be able to sleep for about 6 hrs before we had to leave back home to Oregon. But it was super quiet. The room was big, clean, and the beds were comfy. Highly recommend! Also thank you to the 2 ladies that helped me when I checked in. Your kindness meant something.

The decor was uninspired and the bathroom weirdly spread out, but the room was a good size and clean. The one blanket was kind of thin- I don't know if they had extra since I used a spare I already had in my car. Walls were kind of thin too, but I didn't have any spares jn the car for that. Definitely overpriced, but that might just be Medora.
