Location is great but oh my this place is a hot mess. $300+ a night for basically a motel. This seems to be the standard in the area. Our room was not clean. There were stains on the wall and the shower looked dirty and was coming apart. Keep in mind we checked in at 4 pm. There was plenty of time to clean. There's nobody around for service. Nobody at the pool bar. Nobody at the lobby desk, etc. Your communication is 100% through text with staff. Granted, there were no issues through the text communication but this should not be the standard level of service for a hotel priced this high in my opinion. Amazing location and affordable! The room was clean, although it showed it needed a few minor updates/repairs. The amenities were few, but sufficient. For a hotel a minute walk to the beach, you can't beat the price and cleanliness.

The manager Victor was very attentive making sure we had a great stay after a small misunderstanding at check in. The room or Apt was modern and clean. perfectly located in Ft. Lauderdale by the beach with tons of great places to eat and fantastic ocean views from the patio area in the second floor. Parking available in front for extra charge. Provide toiletries and pool towels, We only stayed two nights and we will definitely come back when visiting the area again!… Only thing the pool chairs need to be replaced

We had a great experience with this hotel and overall it is a fantastic value, especially considering how expensive the surrounding properties are. The main draw here is being one block away from the beach and in short proximity to many other attractions in the area. If you're considering booking, just keep in mind the location is really what you're there for as it is mostly a no-frills hotel with basic amenities. With that said, we did really appreciate that they have beach towels and toiletries you can pick up in the "living room" area in the front of the hotel. Had a great stay at Elita. Great communication before and during our stay. Room large and clean being on 1st floor we had the added advantage of a sea view which was lovely. Centrally located with beach just a few steps away. Quiet neighbourhood would definitely recommend
