We had a very good stay at this hotel. It is in a great location and easily accessible to all the attractions. We had a one bedroom suite which was very spacious and includes a large kitchen with dining island, living room with sofa bed, bathroom and separate bedroom (really need lighting in the bedroom, though! There's literally only a reading light). The hotel overall was quiet and the free breakfast was so nice and convenient. The front desk employees were especially kind and super helpful; really great employees here! The only downside is the pricey parking fee of $26/day, yikes. There's also a nice laundry room on the main level for guests to use and fun lounging areas outside with games. Everything was perfectly clean, too.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Terrible service,we stayed there for almost 3 weeks. Room wasn't vacuumed even once. Terrible service. Parking charge even though plenty of parking everywhere and nNot close to anything . Breakfast was a total joke. Worst we ever had.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Lets start with the fact that I am a marriott bonvoy elite gold status member. I always stay at marriott because I love them and am comfortable with them. I booked one night at the element with my boyfriend for a total of $186 and some change. We had the entire day in the parks and came to check in around 11pm. Once we arrived at the front desk, the man asked for my ID. I handed it to him, he looked at it, typed a couple things on his computer and made a phone call. No explanation was given, but we were told we were going to get an upgrade and would be moved to the neighboring hotel, the aloft. We were escorted through the gym to the front desk of the aloft. I spoke with the front desk and the lady explained we were upgraded (I know now that they just o

We stayed in FL an extra night after our Disney trip. This hotel was perfect for our stay. The whole places smelled clean and looked very inviting and the decor was really nice for the holidays. Our room was ready early, which was unexpected and we were grateful. The bed was really comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. I loved the spacious restroom and the shower had great water pressure. Our daughter lives locally, so we had her over for a visit and we were a little disappointed that we were required to pay for her to park for a couple of hours in a practically empty parking lot, but we complied of course. Breakfast was perfect with a custom made omelette including spinach and cheese. There was fruit, yogurt, toast, bagels, cereals and coffee or juice. Everyone we encountered were

During a recent work trip, I stayed at the Element Hotel and encountered several issues that made the stay disappointing. Upon arrival, the hotel did not have the credit card authorization that had been sent and confirmed in advance by my employer. As a result, the front desk staff had to make multiple phone calls, and the check-in process took approximately 30 minutes. We were ultimately required to place a personal credit card on the room despite this being a business stay. My room was also not properly cleaned. I notified the front desk, specifically regarding the condition of the shower, and was told it would be addressed. When I returned, there were still visible hairs in the shower. Upon reporting this again, the staff member on duty was dismissive and stated that I was being unreas
