Customer Reviews
The employees we experienced are all hospitable. However the property has really gone downhill we thought. Its bordering on a budget motel now. It looks uncared for, the lobby doesn't appear heated which partially accounts for why the hot breakfast is cold to taste. The breakfast doesn't taste fresh, it taste like something microwavable. One of our rooms had an odor as you entered, and the hallway walls and doors are in need of painting. The rugs look outdated and dirty. It doesn't feel like ownership takes great pride in providing a good product.
The hospitality at this property is next level. We stay here every year for a cheer competition in the area. The staff here went above and beyond for our group, offering space for the kids to bond before the event and helping place our rooms close together. They were so friendly and accommodating. I will only ever stay at this property when I am in the area. Thank you for such an amazing weekend
We had a pretty abysmal experience here over the course of four nights the week of Thanksgiving. The air vent fell out of the ceiling in the bathroom with a crash, which left detritus all over the bathroom. The hotel cleaned it up pretty quickly though! The internet didn't work on the TV so we couldn't use that. The phones were missing parts. We had to move rooms because the door lock kept failing. The lobby is nice, but the rooms need updating, and the carpets look filthy. I will say that Tyler, the chief engineer, was wonderful, kind, and very helpful. Alex, the Ops Mgr, was snooty and officious but did help when pressed. The front desk staff was kind but often on their phones, so not attentive. I will never stay here again.
We love this hotel. We stayed here a while back during home renovations, but just stayed here again for our first night away from our daughter and celebrating my husbands birthday. Staff here are so friendly, kind and helpful. I let them know it was my husbands birthday and they upgraded our room, and left wine, snacks and cheesecake in our room with a hand written note from the gm. Really thoughtful and kind. They even let me in way before check in time to decorate the room a bit. I will say the rooms are a little beat up, but they are clean. I’m definitely a person who is creeped out with hotel rooms, and I bring wipes to clean and disinfect- but it’s not bad here. Little things like the walls and ceilings could some love, the cabinet in the kitchen was missing a part of the face and o
Positive: I like the room, very comfortable with everything I needed. The breakfast and offer for happy hour at night is very nice. I didn?t go to Happy Hour, I wish I could have but the morning breakfast was excellent. Negative: ""
