I've stayed here twice. My 1st stay I had a 1 king room. It was clean. I had no issues. I ate at the dinner for diner. The food was good. The service was lacking because there was only 1 attendant on duty. The TV at the booth I sat at kept dropping signal so I could not enjoy that experience as I ate. All in all, a good experience. Good enough I stayed again. This time in a suite, room 200. I was immediately informed there would be no food service the following night due to winter storm. Thank you. Great service. The room...well...ugh. 1st thing I noticed upon entering was how dirty the sofa was. It needs to be replaced or professionally cleaned. This alone will cause me to pause on staying here again. I recently stayed at this hotel and, while the property itself has potential, my experience fell below expectations due to a few service-related issues. Upon arrival, I was informed that there was food available at their on-site restaurant from 5 to 10pm. However, the on-site dining options were completely unavailable because apparently the chef was 15 minutes late. That could not be true because I went down at approximately 615pm. If they have happy hour from 5pm to 630pm, that mean that the chef was more than 15 mins late. This was inconvenient and unexpected, especially given that food service is a standard amenity. Located close to eats and shopping. Quiet and clean. Good breakfast if service was a little slow and all the tables were full of filthy plates. Staff was nice but the front desk was a bit obtuse and not the most helpful. Easy to park and feels very safe. Good enough Marriott!

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The restaurant and pool were added bonuses. We were there for a dance competition and the hours are crazy, but having a little down time to go swimming was fabulous. Next time we are in that area again, we'll 100% stay there.

For a courtyard this location was solid. The rooms were clean and check in was easy. The bistro restaurant could be staffed more fully for faster service and the water pressure in the top floor could be a lot better.
