I was disappointed with my recent stay due to several misleading interactions with staff. First, I was told that Special Rates weren’t available on certain dates, only to find out later that this wasn’t true. I had also requested a specific room type and even called ahead to confirm the request. However, upon check-in, we were given a different room. When we returned to the front desk to address the issue, the clerk tried to discourage us from waiting by saying it would take three hours to get the room we originally requested. Surprisingly, after we settled in the lobby, the wait only ended up being 15 minutes.||Lastly, I asked if our stay could be applied to my rewards points. The front desk clerk claimed she had tried to contact me but then admitted there was no phone number on record.||

Check in was friendly and smooth. Rooftop restaurant had a cool vibe! Loved that. Appreciated the free drink coupons. Food up there was just fair. (Flatbread and wings). Not a big fan of the uncarpeted floor in the hotel room, but it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had excellent coffee and yogurt bar. Didn’t try the breakfast bowls but they looked good. Brock was friendly and helpful. (I think that was his name?) Would definitely stay again!

I stayed at this hotel on Saturday night. The hotel itself is very beautiful, but unfortunately the experience was ruined by the night front desk employee. My boyfriend forgot the room key, and I was already upstairs in the room. When he went to the front desk, his phone was dead so he couldn’t call me. He politely asked the employee if he could call the room for him, and the employee refused. Then my boyfriend asked—very respectfully—if he could borrow a charger for just a couple of minutes so he could contact me, and the employee also refused to help. This happened around 2–3 a.m., during a snowy night with a snowstorm coming in. Because of this lack of basic kindness, my boyfriend had to go outside in the snow and ask strangers who were parked across the street for a charger. Thankful

I stayed here twice, while driving through Albuquerque on my way to DFW. Both times the room was pristine, and the service was great. It's tucked in a quiet corporate park, with ample parking. The facilities are great. Ari helped me at the front desk on both occasions, and she was phenomenal. She even helped move my room so I got a more quiet location when she found out I had been driving for 12 hours. I really appreciated that extra step. This is definitely my go-to when I'm in the area again.

Or stay was comfortable and "felt like home". We stayed for NYE and had a blast! The rooftop bar has awesome views of Sandia and the sunset. The pool is open year round and heated. The gym has plenty of equipment. The hotel is located in the Uptown area which it's near Coronado mall, Winrock shopping center, Target, IMAX theater, and plenty of restaurants like Chili's, Longhorn steakhouse, and Seasons 52. Would definitely stay here again!
