Positive: The receptionist was great I ask questions she helped Negative: In the 4 days I was there my room was not cleaned and my room was not cleaned properly because it was hair on my sink and I seen a roach I went in another room it was better than my room I meet them at the hotel .

To be honest this place was a dump ewww the worst motel I ever stayed in for one night I couldn't wait until morning. I had stains on the sheets we had dirty towels white big patches on the wall like yall not going to paint? I was in room 121 smh the room had a smell and the refrigerator ran with a noise all night the tub very disguising like change the mat ugh the room very very out dated!!! The best thing was that the pillows was actually soft and the bed suprising I was just extra paranoid about bed bugs how nasty the place look and on check out the house keeper was annoying as hell kept knocking on the damn door like girl go clean another room we still had time this place was definitely YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR cause I would never ever never again!!!! Only good thing it was in walking

We usually stay at Bally's. Since it was during the weekend and not wanting to pay over $300 we booked a room and stayed in the King suite. You can't beat the price. Just a short walk to the Tropicana and boardwalk. *****UPDATE****** Do not stay there, unless you like bed bugs. My boyfriend and I stayed January 16th to January 19th 2026. On the 18th I noticed bugs all through out the blanket sheets and pillows. I told the front desk , and all they did was give me different sheets to change myself. The smart ass guy also told me it was dirt that flew into the room from the outside. So the dirt that flew in on a snowy day has legs . Anyways don't waste your money there

From check in to check out, I wish I had somewhere else to go. The man at the front desk (who is an owner and works 18 hours a day according to him, so he's always there) was incredibly rude, and ALWAYS watching you. As in, knocking on the glass to tell you to pick up trash that wasn't yours, watching you walk up the stairs to your room, making things very awkward. He wouldn't let me turn around in the parking lot without his interfering. The rooms are absolutely not what they look like in the pictures. The area is quite awful itself. I believe we had a contact high from the three "gentlemen" staying in the room below us who did not stop getting high our entire stay. Our room stank of pot like crazy. Good location. The rooms are very pricey and not worth it the first room we was in the lights didn't work at all. The second room smelled bad the shower was unsuitable to use and they also charge extra for children. Then the gentleman at the front desk was very rude. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone unless you have no other choice.
