Eldorado

The room was not clean when I rented it. I had to asked for towels and a blanket I had no towels in the room when I stay. I have stayed here before and I never had no problem. This time I had no housekeeping the lady that was house keeping was candy but she not housekeeping no more this place has went down hill. I stayed for 3 nights n all 3 night I seen cops. Come here all 3 nights. I had to wait a day in a half for towels and the same for my blanket. The office is now lock at 11 and none answer the phone after that.

I would love to give this place 5 stars 🌟 but I can't. The place is under new management. It still needs work. There was no coffee pot in the room, no garbage cans, and the bathroom floor flooded when I took a shower because there wasn't any plastic liner. The fabric liner had mold on it. There were bugs on the bed. The mattresses need bug control covers. The room must have been broken into a few times because the area along the lock was damaged. The people next door were loud but they had kids so I can only fault them for having too many people in the same room. The staff is friendly. Once everything is fixed up, it will be a great place.

The manager Anthony was super friendly and so helpful during the heavy snow storm. He made sure I had everything I needed for me and my son since we got stuck and couldn't make it home! It was a spectacular last minute choice. Made sure to have a fresh cup of coffee in the front each morning 😁😁 our room and stay was so exquisite that I will be choosing this motel from now on !

When we were trying to get there, there was no sign of the motel. The motel had a different name “The steak motel”. When we first got there and opened up our car we were hit with the smell of sewer water. We were throwing up from the smell. The hotel had a ring of sewer water around it. The beds were ok not that comfortable. The shower was small. The sheets were dingy and the blanket were sticky. The sheets and blanket smelt like they were not washed. It was NOT worth the money. I would NOT RECOMMEND.

Last night when we checked in, we told them we have 5 staying and asked for 3 more towels. They gave us 2 and said they would bring us another towel this morning. I called the desk at 9 and the woman was extremely rude and they still havent brought us a fifth towel. Having a clean towel for each individual we paid for shouldn't even be an issue. Aside from that, the room was freezing when we entered and it took more than two hours for the room to warm up. The doors don't seal well so we had cold air coming in the door. Our remote wouldn't work for the tv but they changed batteries without being rude. I checked for bed bugs when we checked in and didn't see any sign of them but my oldest woke up this morning with bites all over her body. DON'T stay here. Theyre not worthy of owning a busine
