Customer Reviews
Came for a business meeting for the weekend. Rooms are spacious, nice views, could be a little cleaner. Exciting menu options at the café and Epazote. Some items were incredible (cheese cake) and some could use a bit more flavor, but overall great experience. Krystal was a great server, took good care of our needs and we're a little bit of a rowdy bunch. She was fun and timely and had a good time with us. Highly recommend her services. 👌
The ground was beautiful and so was the location in scenery. Front desk was amazing and the rest of the staff. The rooms however, was extremely outdated. We switched rooms because the first one smelled “old.” The second room didn’t smell as bad but it was definitely still there. The restaurant had great service and food was delicious though.
Had a great time, beautiful place to stay in the mountains with all the amenities you want in a resort. Woke up one morning to a desert pig a couple feet from the door which obviously is very charming. The setting is great, you can be in nature as much as you want. Also saw a bobcat on the trail. Overall amazing experience. I came for a day years ago and was excited to go back and fully explore and you can really do a good couple days in the area. Also had a nice time talking with Angelika at the gift shop and getting local recs, everyone at the property really did a great job at making the experience seamless. Looking forward to coming back in another couple years hopefully.
Stayed 3 days in a suite with zero housekeeping, in spite of asking for it 3 times. Front desk staff blamed us for putting up a privacy tag for 1 hour the first afternoon, and then said they would “try” to find someone. She didn’t want to hear that it had been days; maybe because she hears that a lot judging from the other reviews. The carpet in the room was filthy and the hanging light fixture clearly damaged as it hung crooked. Decor is dated. One of 2 TVs worked poorly. There is insufficient parking so often there is an uphill walk. Rooms can be difficult to find as they all look the same and if you arrive at night you’re on your own to find them with no offer of a golf-cart to escort you. They are very spread out so it can be a long walk. The setting is magnificent, though. It
5 stars for Lorenza at the front desk- we travel for business 45 plus days a year and she was the best front desk associate we have experienced at a Hilton property. Hilton is very fortunate to have her. The entire staff assisting us at our conference were also top notch. They kept everything clean and moving along beautifully. The housekeeping staff was extremely accommodating. Lots of good restaurants are a short drive. Great experience- especially for a business trip.
