El Capri Motel

I was so desperate I was simply beside myself. I'm not from the area and had broken down, well nearly broken down. Middle of the summer, my poor dogs were suffering the most as we were not only without AC in the vehicle but then we had to walk about, midday, until we stumbled upon this motel. It was going to be a few hours the mechanic said. I was so relieved, I would have paid anything to just get my boys out of the heat. Surely we looked worse for the wear. Then joy turned to absolute hopelessness when the somewhat older, maybe ethnic Indian or Bengali woman (not that it matters just a descriptor) stopped short on her greeting; looked me up and down and quite literally shut the door in my face. It was awful.

The rooms are definitely in need of repair. The heater units are in serious need of upgrading. The bedding is stained, but clean (I've seen much worse). I would not bathe in the tub, and neither would I have wild passionate sex in this place. However, for a quick nights stay, it's not too bad. For $40 as of the writing of this review, I would absolutely stay here again if I only need a place to sleep for one night.

For being cheap, it was pretty nice! No bugs! Nothing fancy but rooms were clean, beds were comfy...the lady asked me if i would come back..i said yes when i pass through again!! I recommend this place..

The rooms were disgusting... and the whole place just give off a sketchy vibe. Totally recommend going down the street to one of the other motels.

Cheap affordable but old motel got some roach's but most restaurants almost all restaurants have roaches and they come around and spray once a week
