The workers we spoke to here were great, and I have no complaints about the service. The room, however was not great. We found unknown hairs in the bed which was kinda gross. The room had lights that didn’t work, exposed wiring in the room, and a some mold or mildew in the shower/bath. Breakfast was great, and the workers were all fantastic. Some work needs to be done to fix up the rooms, however. I would only recommend staying here if you’re on a very tight budget.

Very trashy place manager was good but overall just felt like a crack head hotel there was trash all over the inside of the room. Looked like they had not even swept or vacuumed. Grass outside could have been cut. The outside was trashy.|| Fireplace didn't work TV, didn't work and I paid for the suite, not a very happy. Camper about it felt more like I was in the ghetto honestly for what I paid for I am very unsatisfied

Positive: The options of different things for different rooms, like the private balconies Negative: I was looking forward to that balcony, but the hotel clerk told me I didn't and didn't offer to change my room so I could have the balcony which was stupid cause that's what I wanted and even paid extra for it just to be told that's not an option.

Came here from a nightmare from an air BNB, they saved us and put us in a room for 2 weeks at the last minute. Service has been phenomenal. Front desk at night and days is too notch. Extremely accommodating.Yes they need more helpers , however after talking with them nobody wants to work so they work tirelessly around the clock to make this place function great. The housekeeping has done what I have asked daily so far. The wife and I came here with 2 kids as she is here to do refinery work. With extra added work we might end up here for 4 weeks total. However honestly that would be great because this place is perfect. The pool and hot tub is awesome. Yes I wish the time opened up at noon an not 3 to swim. But it's ok. I recommend anyone to stay here...

I was very happy with AmericInn in Pampa, Texas. My room was spotless very clean and no bugs. I was also within walking distance from the venue. The service was so nice. I felt I was treated like a queen . Thank you.! Guys for being so courteous.
