Edgeworth Inn

I had the most wonderful time staying at the Edgeworth Inn. I was there mid-February definitely the off-season, but that was a huge bonus in my opinion. I had the entire Inn to myself! They very kindly upgraded me to a beautiful king size room since I was the only guest (along with my dog). The little Victorian village where the Inn is located is the most beautiful and magical place! I had so much fun walking my dog around and enjoying the charm of all of the old houses and beautiful grounds, even in the winter it is lovely. The Inn is an antique lover's dream, from the decor to the paintings to the creaky wood floors... This place is historic charm galore. My favorite part was the warm greeting for myself and my dog. We spent two nights at the Edgeworth Inn and really enjoyed it there. To be clear, it is an 1896 historic site. We found the room with updated bedding and furnishings to be lovely. If you’re into an easy walk/hike for an hour or so, you have a few choices in the Assembly and the sights are incredible. There are longer trails too. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Kimberly is a great cook. The owner is gracious and quite accommodating. We are looking forward to our next visit.

This is such a wonderful place! Beautiful, historic and full of whimsical art and so much fun furniture in every room. The De De and the staff were so friendly and warm. I truly felt right at home. Great breakfasts, great atmosphere and very relaxing and peaceful surroundings. It's hard to imagine anyone not having a perfect stay!

This was quite the surprise. We had never stayed at a Bed & Breakfast before so didn’t know what to expect. The check in process was easy peasy and the room was very clean with comfortable bedding. The breakfast the next morning was delicious and freshly prepared. The history around was great too. Such an interesting area.

Book it. This charming B&B is a gem, mainly due to the attentive staff. The house is a throwback to a bygone era with a rich tapestry of history and charm. There is enough modernity (flat screen HDTV) to keep you happy. The best part is the staff. Dee Dee and Carey and co. took wonderful care of us. The full breakfast was made to order and delicious. It was truly a home away from home and to top it off, Intrepid the housecat is just as friendly.
