Last weekend I had the pleasure of staying at this Motel. The room was extra large with large refrigerator and microwave. My Room even had a broiler unit. The bed was very comfortable. I forgot my hair dryer and Chris the manager gave me one to use. The place was very clean and comfortable. The Manager Chris even told me where I could jog the next morning. (I prefer flat land and that is hard to find in Pa.) He told me where the best restaurant were and directions to the nearby casino. The Casino charges much more to stay for the night.||||Overall would be happy to come back. Very clean and great service.

My husband and I had just moved up from down south and needed a place to stay, we saw that this place was affordable and we made it home for a few months. In our stay we encountered many problems, mold, no hot water, drug addicts, and disrespect. As a manager myself I have never in my life seen people so unhappy. Chris Roberts was easy going and easy to talk to. Gladys Roberts on the other hand was the complete opposite she was rude, and disrespectful had no manners and she felt as though she could treat people on which ever way the wind blew. My family and I kept to ourselves but it seemed as though that was a problem as well, when we did make friends it was an issue as well. The front desk clerk Megan never had a clue as to what she was doing, she tried to charge us an extra 20 dollars,

Last minute weekend business trip and no reservations, we ended up here and never looked back. Rooms are a good size. Price, for the weekend, freaking awesome! They are still doing renovations, so please be understanding of that. Friendly staff and good location. If called back to this area, I would stay here again. Only drawback is the lack of an AMC channel....Need my walking dead.

I stayed here a few years back.. Chris very nice and was more than accommodating.. I had rented a house for a week .. he went out of his way to put air conditioners in so I wouldnt be hot .. I stayed there quite a bit after that too .. never had a problem..

We were driving along exploring the Poconos and geo-caching when we found this place. It had a painted up sixties hippie bug and old military truck out front with signs ( War ) and ( Peace ) . My wife and I had to stop and take a look after seeing that. We decided to stay the night. We ended up staying the whole weekend. We met what has to be one of the most interesting and smart people we met in all the Poconos. The guy who runs the place is mix of a mad scientist and total genus and artist all rolled up into one cool dude. There is a collection of historical machines he has there that I have never even imagined in my life existed. Both my wife and I are artists, so we can appreciate the interesting and unique as a form of art in life. The buildings are old, like the motel but the ro
