OMG... Do not stay here... The only reason, we stayed a second night is because we were too tired to move. It all started when we were checked into a dirty room. The fun doesn't end here. When I shared this with the front desk clerk, she seemed concerned; however she appeared more concnered about her own appearence. || Specifically, her not so skinny frame into skinny jeans, enough said. Back to our experience; the room suffered from severe neglect; long term and immediate. The room was dirty and had signs of serious damage. Holes in the walls, Bath room repairs that appeared to be performed by Stevie Wonder, no phone in the room, the window lock consisted of a little stick that is suppose to keep it from opening, blood and other offensive matter discovered in keys areas of t

So this place has continued to improve despite it's bad rep for past experiences. The house Keeper works hard to maintain high cleaning standards and expectations. My bf and I have stayed here often and notice that the staff does care about the customer's concerns, when they get complaints about any type of bugs in a room they strip it, spray or bomb it and clean it. Ive noticed that they are working hard to clean this, newly named, Red Lion up and change it's reputation.

This place is infested with roaches . East Indian owned. The poor employees here. I felt so bad for them. I hear the owner makes them work 8-12hrs a day 7 days a week just to pay for their rooms. I talked with an employee that said they had a house fire and we're homeless and this is the only way that they could have shelter but it's wearing them out. Whoever the owner is of this hotel I truly hope that this is not true. The only thing that made this stay pleasurable where the staff. Rooms are overpriced and the appliances are antiquated.

Let's start with the dirty sheets....oh and the dirty bathroom! They gave us clean sheets and pillow cases and said she would let the maid know to change all the sheets from now on.....really? From now on???? Carpet so filthy do not care go without shoes!!! The sink faucet wouldn't turn off and the toilet didn't flush! Hovering technique was needed to use toilet...yes that dirty!!! A porta potty would have been cleaner! They charged me for my service dog! We stayed one night and checked out for second night because we would not want to stay again! Had to demand our refund which they didn't want to do. Seriously offer us coffee as we are leaving...oh heck no because they probably don't wash the cups!!!

My stay at red lion is very good and the room service was good too the worker’s are very nice i am so very thankful🙏 by the way angel…
