Economy Inn

The room didn't look bad but the phone didn't work,the shower head was stopped up(I had to take it off n clean it out). The toilet seat was loose,I asked for towels n finally went to desk n got them 4 hrs later. But worst of all was I got bit by something and I'm pretty sure it was bed bugs. Oh and the $15 deposit for if the room was dirty when we left we didn't get back. Not because it wasn't cleaned. Because it was cleaned with bleach

We had to stay here after our cabin rental in Tellico Plains fell through and Quality Inn next door didn't have a pet room available so we had no choice but to stay here for the night. We didn't feel comfortable but it was almost midnight and we had driven over 900 miles and were exhausted (we tried to stay in Sweetwater but they too had no pet rooms available after Quality Inn front desk told us they did and no, I'm not blaming the front desk clerk for this because Rodeway Inn clerk didn't answer the phone and she could only go off the website).||We stayed here and felt gross and unsecure in the room - it was just the vibe and feel of the room. There is tile on the floor and it looked clean and we didn't see any unwanted guests (ie bedbugs) on the bed but the comforter was torn in spots

Quoted $75 for a two bed one night . Rang up $93 with taxes. Worst bed I've ever slept in. Box springs no mattress . No shampoo, no plastic drinking cups . No extras. Liquor store is in the parking lot so that's loud until it closes . Leftover booze bottles in our room . Definitely do not recommend.

Disgusting, DO NOT stay here!! Roaches, stains, dirt and spiderwebs. NO HOT WATER! We stopped at 2a.m. Thinking about rest and a shower. Didn’t do either one of them. I stayed awake while my husband rested because I was so uncomfortable. On top of all the other horrible things, it STUNK!!!

How did this place even get 1 star. We actually refused to stay. We ate the zero refund and paid for a place we never stayed at. No regrets. And they didn’t offer a refund either. But this I assure you. They won’t be using the money to improve the rooms. The smell alone will tell you to leave. But we looked around trying to find a reason to stay. Then we saw a speck of blood above the bed. Nope we were outta there. It had a weird vibe. Like your gut will tell you. The staff was not rude -it just reeked and you could tell they didn’t care about the place. It’s SEEDYYYYY …RUNNNNNNN! You should however go down the road and check into the Quality Inn. You will kiss the ground upon arrival. So much better.
