Economy Inn hot springs

The rooms were all right, with the toiletries and towels all provided. However, there was a lot of noise during the night, namely loud music and people shouting outside ... even with the windows all closed, we couldn't stay asleep for long. That's where it loses 2 stars for me. There should really be some better enforcement for quiet hours, especially during a weekday night.

Stopped in Hot Springs while traveling thru looking at property. We are not boujee people by any means and was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Recently refurbished, the bathroom and bed was nice. New flooring. Could stand some updated paint especially the door but overall the room was nice and clean. The lady working night shift in the office was super nice and accommodating since we travel with our 2 furbabies. Price was reasonable, they do have a $40 deposit to ensure no smoking in the rooms but there was no issues the next morning getting that back. Based on other reviews we did not hear any other people next door or people outside. We would definitely stay here again.

I am a well-seasoned traveler and was unsure to book here because of the previous reviews. However, wanting to see the total solar eclipse in Hot Springs left me no choice as everything was sold out or had astronomical pricing. I am thankful we got this gem! The rooms are very large with a mini fridge and microwave. The mattresses are new and super comfortable as are the pillows. Bathrooms also are redone. The room is spotless: no dust, no dirt, no bugs. The family owners are most accommodating and helpful. The old reviews and pictures from years ago should be taken down. This is also not a “sketchy” neighborhood. (I’m a 70 year old woman traveling with a friend. I would not be here if it was unsafe.) We booked a second night because we are so pleased. AND you can’t beat the price!

Positive: The room was larger than I expected! Negative: I had to get the manager to show me how the shower worked. Very unusual button arrangement to make the shower work.

Sketchy. Had live-in neighbors who had thumping music into the wee hours. They were outside partying then someone kept hitting the panic button on their car well after midnight. The room didn't have a microwave and the shower curtain was placed incorrectly so there ended up with water all over the floor. No bulb on one of the sconces and I had to take the plastic off the one that had a bulb. Don't stay here!!! Oh they had an iron but no ironing board and barbed wire topped fence.
