I'd give a 0 to all if I had that option. Pix are not even of the same hotel no matter where I looked online. Just a friendly warning. DONT STAY!! Bedbugs and roaches others have posted pix on their reviews. Check all reviews before booking, the good ones show up first of coarse!! I chose not to stay after seeing the room, the conditions and tucked way back in a sketchy area!!

The room was(at first glance) clean but as you take a good look around it needs a thorough deep clean. Over all dirty, corners with dust, soda bottles under the bed that was left, back of bathroom door was dirty, but worst of all after a shower I walked from the bathroom to the bed and my feet were black. The floor must’ve only been swept and not mopped. Everything was doable for only needing somewhere for over night, but not satisfactory. No matter the price of the room or the outdated feel, it could’ve at least been clean.

Pulled in to park and there were people hanging out everywhere (stairs, balconies, parking lot) staring us down as we drove in. We felt so unsafe we were ready to lose our money and find a truck stop and sleep in the car. Front desk did refund our money but told us she knew all that was going on when she check us in and gave us room in the middle of it. NOT safe for families, elderly or anyone really. Don't know what the rooms were like but common sense would say not good. Booked acrossed the street at quality inn and it was like night and day - quiet, safe and clean.

We were traveling through Franklin for a night to attend a memorial service the next day and booked the Econo Lodge. At $80 a night, it seemed reasonable for the area. Unfortunately, the experience was far from acceptable.||When we arrived, the surrounding area already felt chaotic—people were partying at the gas station across the street, even climbing on cars and blasting music. At the hotel itself, the property was in terrible condition. The stairs were crumbling, concrete broken, and it was obvious that some people were living there long-term, with clothes hanging over the railings. The overall atmosphere felt unsafe.||Once we checked in, we went to our room only to find it completely uncleaned—the bed was unmade, there were dirty towels left behind, trash in the bins, and even urine s

The room was very dirty. I saw a roach in the bathroom.The end table lamp didn't work. People weren't picking up after their dogs.
