I never leave reviews but I must with this one. I booked through Travelocity and once I saw the room I couldn’t get a refund. My children and I were in town visiting my husband who works in the area. There is no live person in the office. I kiosk with a virtual assistant meets you as you walk in. I was initially given a room on the bottom floor. The room was discussing, the hard wood floor planks where elevated and there was no way i was going to let my baby walk on that floor and risking her getting cut. I went back to the kiosk and i was given a room upstairs. It was somewhat better but very dirty. Apparently the rooms were remodeled but it doesn’t look like it. The beds were in very bad shape and stained. I had to go to Dollar General and buy cleaning supplies. The floor was literally b

My fiance and I was very displeased with our stay. We were given a room that were clean but the commode didn't work. The second room we were given were cleaned but the heater did not work. The 3rd room heater did not work or shower water would not warm up. Later learn that the room and mattress had bed bugs. My fiance and I are broken out with rashes. The past owner kept things in top shape but not so sure now with the new owners. I advised all who stays to make sure you know, what, you're getting into before you stay. I know all experiences are not the same. We will not be staying there, again. And, no refund or discount was given back.

The room had dead beetle bugs, very dusty, half of a roll of toilet paper along with the television and the unit to heat and cool the room didn't work wouldn't even come on to be able to operate. Then once we noticed no one would answer the phone nor come to the front desk so once the next day to check out the front office had every excuse of why they wouldn't give a discounted rate or refund and they should had never placed us in a room that wasn't efficient and it's wrong, unprofessional and ignoring the factor that customers are treated like garage after paying for the room and the hotel not meeting the needs of the purpose of why ppl pay to be in a hotel isn't right

It is a hotel yes but very single morning a blasting train horn wakes you up at 5 AM as it’s passing right beside the building not worth $50 at all.
