Customer Reviews
The price we paid for this room was way too high. The toilet wouldn't flush. The bathroom door hinges were broken. There was no water pressure in the shower. The comforters had a holes burned into them. The room stunk. Not enough towels or toilet paper. A family immigrants were living downstairs, cooking in the gravel in the parking lot. Chickens running around. They were drinking and playing cards at 2:00 in the morning or playing loud music from the vehicle. TV only had five channels and they were in Spanish. This was the absolute worst hotel I ever stayed in. I will never go back to this hotel again.
For the people leaving low views, this isn’t a Hilton property, this is the O’ConoLodge. It was reasonably clean, everything in the room worked and walking distance to some decent food choices. Staff was friendly, and the hot tub was hot.
Checkin was good, clerk attractive and knowledgeable and allowed me to deposit fifty dollars in cash to stay in room. They did not trip on guests nor did they charge for guests. I did like paying ten dollars more for an early checkin
Positive: It was a quick pet friendly hotel that had availability in the area with most others sold out this night. The a/c is clearly outdated but it still worked well. Negative: Bedding w/burn holes. Bathroom door couldn't close. Bathroom faucet was loose. Missing light fixtures/holes in ceilings. Stains on curtains & walls. Beds were not very comfortable. No pet relief areas. Glass & trash outside everywhere. No breakfast.
Positive: Room was spacious, bed decently comfortable, convenient location, room was cheap, and check in/check out quick, with friendly staff. Negative: Everything seemed dirty. The blankets on the beds had holes in them and the sheets were stained. The room smelled weird. There was a sizeable gap under the door that didn?t feel safe. ?Continental breakfast? did NOT exist- there was only coffee.
